This industrial rubber mixing system combines a 110L Kneader with an XK-550 Open Mixing Mill for efficient two-stage processing, delivering superior mixing quality and production capacity of 100kg per batch.

Two-Stage Mixing Process Overview

This modern setup replaces labor-intensive single-stage mixing with an optimized two-phase approach:

Stage 1: 110L Kneader (Intermixer) for intensive mixing, blending, and plastication
Stage 2: XK-550 Open Mixing Mill for final mixing, homogenization, and sheet production

110L Rubber Kneader Specifications

This batch-type internal mixer serves as the primary workhorse for initial compound preparation:

Function: High-intensity mixing of polymers, fillers, oils, and chemicals
Capacity: 110L chamber (65-80kg actual batch weight)
